Where are you based, and do you work outside Wisconsin?
We are in Madison, Wisconsin, and we serve businesses across the state including Milwaukee, Green Bay, Kenosha, Racine and Appleton. The work is also done remotely, so we take projects anywhere in the United States and run them the same way.
What does a project cost?
It depends on scope, so we quote after the first conversation rather than publishing a rate card that would be wrong for everyone. What we can commit to is that the consultation costs nothing and you get a detailed estimate before any work starts.
How do I get started?

Can you take over a database somebody else built?
Yes. Inherited SQL Server environments with no documentation, SSIS packages nobody wants to touch, reports that broke when the person who wrote them left — that is all work we take on. We start by reading what is already there rather than by proposing a rewrite.
Do you offer ongoing support, or only fixed projects?
Both. You can bring us a defined project and we hand it back finished, or keep us on as the people who know how your system works, for the week something breaks or a new report is needed. You can decide which you want after the first project.
Which technologies do you work in?
